Leaders of the LH Paragon Group’s business units headed by Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bernie H. Liu, came together for an insightful discussion on Operational Excellence held at the Golden ABC Social Hall in Quezon City on October 28, 2024.
Mr. Edmun H. Liu, LH Paragon Group Chief Finance Officer, welcomes the attendees, encouraging collaboration and dialogue throughout the learning session.
Facilitating the discussion was Mr. Joseph Phi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Li & Fung, a global leader in end-to-end supply chain and logistics solutions for brands and retailers worldwide. Concurrently, Mr. Phi is a Board Advisor to the Group’s fashion retailing arm, Golden ABC, Inc. (GABC).
Mr. Joseph Phi emphasizes that execution is vital for translating strategies into results.
Mr. Phi encouraged the Group’s leaders and executives to lead with clarity and purpose, stressing that effective execution of strategies requires discipline, focus and deliberate action. Operational excellence, he noted, is driven by a 24×7 operations-centric mindset and an inherent drive to getting things done and making things happen at every opportunity.
