The LH Paragon Group is pleased to announce the official appointment of Ms. Maria Lilia Regina “Jing” Fadriga, as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of its retail food subsidiary, Greentree Food Solutions, Inc. (GFS) last January 1, 2024.
Jing is a graduate of the University of the Philippines Cebu with a degree in Business Management, major in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She brings with her a wealth of over 35 years of industry experience, most notably in food and hospitality.
She was with the Shangri-la Group for 7 years, and she has worked with the LH Paragon Group for 9 years in various capacities from 2011-2020, starting as the Operations Manager for Oakridge Realty Development Corporation, then as Sales Director for Greentree Food Solutions. In 2016, she was the Corporate Communications Director of LH Paragon Holding Office, while concurrently serving as a volunteer for LH Foundation. In 2020, Jing took a momentary pause from the corporate world and pursued a farming business.
In March 2023, Jing re-joined the LHPI Group as a Consultant for GFS, focusing on customer experience and store operations. From Consultant, she eventually assumed the role of Deputy Chief Operating Officer overseeing all aspects of the business.
With Jing at the helm of business operations for GFS, the Group aims to grow the 10 Dove Street brand sustainably, taking a more focused approach, continuing to delight both new and existing customers with quality products and the best customer experience for the many years to come.
