The LH Paragon Group is pleased to announce that after the new and updated Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the LH Paragon Group (LHPI) and the Clinica Global Group was officially signed dated February 6, 2023, the LHPI Group is now the majority owner of Clinica Prime Cebu, Inc. (KPCI), with the Clinica Global Group continuing to be its brand and technology partner.
With its new KPCI Management Team, Clinica Prime Cebu aims to bring the best of both worlds – global healthcare standards with local management expertise – to provide access to quality primary healthcare for the benefit of all our fellow Filipinos.
